We partner with a wide range of youth-focused consumer and media brands plus public sector and non-governmental organisations including schools.  We strive to provide our clients with powerful and engaging campaigns that drive exceptional results.

Working as part of the sales team, you will be responsible for achieving high levels of sales by finding and converting new leads and prospects and developing your own customer base. You must have at least two year's sales experience in selling online advertising, plus strong experience in offline advertising and a track record of successful sales. This role will suit a self-motivated and confident sales professional keen to work in a growing company with a unique and powerful proposition.

A calm and measured approach to sales is important and strong negotiating skills are essential. You will need an awareness of current competitive rates for online advertising. Knowledge of the youth or sales promotion markets would be an advantage.

Salary commensurate with experience, plus significant OTE.
